Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an order or service request within 24 hrs of placing it — provided the service has not been activated or the digital product has not been delivered/downloaded.
  • Once the service is activated, access is granted, or the product is delivered, cancellations are not allowed unless otherwise specified below.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
    • The payment was deducted but the order/service was not processed by us.
    • Duplicate or erroneous payments due to technical issues.
    • Cancellation within the allowed cancellation window (before activation/processing).
  • Subscription fees, setup charges, and one-time payments are generally non-refundable once the service is activated or the subscription period has begun, unless explicitly specified in your purchase agreement.
  • Customized work (custom development, bespoke integrations, tailored services) is non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the payment gateway and the bank.
